Central Park.
Central Park was built from scratch on the old Stapleton airport site.
The housing
What to expect in the area.
Everything here went up from about 2002 onward: single family, rowhomes and apartments, all planned together rather than accumulated over a century.

The streets
What it is like to live there.
The planning is deliberate: alleys behind, porches in front, pocket parks throughout, several pools, and a town center instead of a single commercial strip. It is one of the only large parts of Denver where the whole neighborhood is one age.
At market
What to know before you buy.
The two things people miss here are the metro district taxes and the HOA structure, and both are real money. Which builder and which phase of the development also make a real difference to construction quality.
