The originals are bungalows and Denver Squares from the 1900s to the 1930s, more modest than what sits south of it, with newer duplexes and rebuilds filling in over the last decade.

Most of the commercial life runs along 44th Avenue, and Chaffee Park anchors the north end. The grid is regular and the blocks are long. It is close enough to I-25 that which street you are on genuinely changes the noise.

What to know before you buy.
Renovation quality is uneven across the neighborhood, so an inspection tells you more than a comp does here. Lot width is what decides whether a duplex could go up next door.
