It is large and not centered on any one thing. Belmar works as the downtown, Green Mountain has trails straight out of the neighborhood, and Bear Creek and the lakes run through the south.

What to know before you buy.
Ranches of this era often still have the plumbing, wiring and furnace they were built with, and sometimes asbestos or aluminum wiring. An inspection catches all of it, and the lots are generous compared to the city.
