Cherry Creek.

Cherry Creek is low rise, dense, and has been almost entirely rebuilt.

The housing

What to expect in the area.

Very little of the original housing is left. Cherry Creek North is townhomes, duplexes and low rise condos built over the ranches and bungalows that used to be here, most of it recent and plenty of it still going up.

The streets

What it is like to live there.

The shopping district and the commercial grid north of it are the center of gravity. The Cherry Creek trail runs along the south side and ties into the whole regional path system.

At market

What to know before you buy.

The usual questions here are the HOA, the shared walls, and what is allowed to be built on the lot next door. On new construction, it is worth knowing exactly what the builder is still on the hook for.
