Cherry Hills Village.

Cherry Hills Village is its own city, on lots measured in acres.

The housing

What to expect in the area.

The homes are estates across a wide range of eras and styles, from mid-century to brand new, on large parcels. Parts of the village still hold horse properties.

The streets

What it is like to live there.

Much of it has no sidewalks and no streetlights, and that is by design. With most lots at an acre or more, it feels nothing like the city grid a few miles north.

At market

What to know before you buy.

The village runs its own zoning and building rules, separate from Denver's, and they decide what can be built and where. On some parcels, wells, septic systems and easements are part of the conversation.
